DrawFlow Support

A lightweight, offline-first infinite canvas for sketches, notes, whiteboarding, and quick ideas. This page provides help, troubleshooting, and contact details for App Store users.

Getting started

  1. Open DrawFlow and start drawing on the infinite canvas.
  2. Use the side toolbar to switch between pen, pencil, marker, eraser, laser pointer, lasso, and text tools.
  3. Adjust color, size, opacity, and shape recognition from the bottom toolbar.
  4. Use the top bar to manage boards, layers, templates, undo/redo, and export.
  5. Your work is saved locally and automatically while you draw.

System requirements

  • iOS 17.0 or later
  • iPhone and iPad
  • No account sign-in required
  • Works offline; internet is only needed for external links
  • Languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Russian, and Italian

Troubleshooting

  • Restart DrawFlow if tools or panels stop responding.

  • For import issues, confirm the file extension and size, then try exporting a fresh backup from the source device.
